How to Order/Shipping Info

All of our items listed online can be bought via sending us an email.  We accept bank deposit, Paypal, cheque, money order and cash on pickup in Melbourne.  If you would like to pay via these means or inquire about any other ordering information or products, please send us an email.

All of the prices listed on our site include free shipping Australia wide for that item!  90% of our items are shipped via Registered and Insured Aus Post, but for some larger items we need to ship via insured courier.  Extra requests such as Express Post can easily be accommodated, you just need to get in touch for a quote.  Pick-up is available in the Melbourne CBD on request.
Buying a couple of items at a time will also usually result in a lower postage fee for us, so if you’re planning on grabbing a couple of things, get in touch and we’ll see what we can pass onto you!

We also recycle as much packaging material as possible, whilst ensuring all of our items are safely packed.  Packaging is a hugely wasteful industry, so in the interests of the environment (and keeping costs down for everyone), the more we recycle, the better!
From time to time, we also buy used equipment, particularly archtops and other ‘jazz’ guitars, amplifiers and effects.  If you have something you are looking to sell, or are on the look out for something specific let us know.
